01.Febr.2023 - Increase oil pressure at idle for 6-cylinder 3.0 TDI engines CSW,CRTD,CRTF, CRTE,  CVM, CZZA, CZZB, CUE,CVZ, CZV, DCPC, DEWA, DDVC, DDVB, DDVE, DDVF, DEWB, DHXA, DHXC, DCPE

We offer a software solution to increase oil pressure at idle, thus protecting the crankshaft and bearings from premature wear.

Oil pressure is controlled by the software stored in the engine control unit Bosch (EDC17CP54/Bosch MD1CP004) therefore, control the valve N428 (PWM) to increase or decrease the pressure.
The factory pressure is low to reduce emissions.

What do we do in this case?
- We read the software from the car and edit it, modifying the pressure for example on CRTC engines from 230kPa to 270kPa, thus providing better lubrication.
- We perform reading and writing of the software using the most powerful and stable equipment in the world, CMDFlash, thus providing the client with factory-level operation guarantee.

If the car is already tuned or has any other software modifications, it is lost through this modification because the software writing is done through the OBD2 diagnostic port, and we work on the original software from the central server. An additional option is available for LVB tuning modification at an extra cost.
