Siemens PCR 2.1 ECU with new cmd update can be write by OBD
Software available for 75-90-102-105hp engines:

Stage 1  : 123hp 293nm
Stage 1+ : 133hp 300nm 
Stage 2  : 143hp 326nm 
Stage 2+  : 155hp 340nm 



We have tuned 50+ engine like this from 0km and now have 200k+ km without problem with 142hp from 75hp !
